Equine Assisted Services for Businesses

At CEGR we offer a range of business services, including leadership programmes, teambuilding events, individual personal development sessions, volunteering and therapeutic support for employees.

Our business services focus on 3 important principles.

Principle 1: Self Awareness

Becoming aware of our strengths and vulnerabilities in relation to any goal is the foundation upon which improvements occurs. Horses provide direct, non-judgmental and honest feedback, creating an opportunity to boost self-awareness and create focused change. These insights can often feel like revelations, and provide a basis for unlocking doors to achieving goals where barriers may previously have remained concealed.

Principle 2: Communication

Communication on many levels is essential for successful business. Authentic leadership requires clear, honest conversations, and the ability to communicate with each other in an effective ways, resulting in stronger connections and mutual understanding. Similarly, communication within teams supports aligned achievement of business targets. Non-verbal communication is often unconscious and conveys, intention, energy and emotion. Horses are masters at translating this unconscious information and will only respond positively to authentic, confident, and trusted communication.

Principle 3: Being Present

Horses require of us that we exist in the moment and are present with them. In this way they teach us about effective connection that forms the basis of positive relationships.

Self awareness, effective communication and being present in the current moment, form the basis of authentic leadership and are central to our equine assisted programs for businesses.
